Rob Horowitz is committed to keeping your information private.  In order to make a purchase online, Rob Horowitz will request that you submit personal information such as your name, address, and payment information.  This information is used for very limited purposes and will never be sold, granted or licensed to any third party.  The limited uses artsresearch.net has for your information include order processing, statistical and historical study, and a means for contacting you for purposes related to the purchase and use of the Content. 

2. Children’s Privacy

Rob Horowitz does not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to submit their personal information on this Site, or to buy goods on this Site without the express consent of their parents.

 

10. General Provisions
1. Entire Agreement/No Waiver

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.  No waiver by Rob Horowitz of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

2. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.  Rob Horowitz therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice.  Rob Horowitz, however does not guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.

3. Enforcement and Choice of Law or Forum

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect.  Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.

4. Notification of Copyright Infringement

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to artsresearch@aol.com. To be effective, the notification must identify the material and the location of the infringing material, and some information that Rob Horowitz may use to contact the notifying person.
